MASTER OF CEREMONIES FORMAT - HERE'S WHAT WE DO:
SET-UP
~ Please allow approximately one hour for set-up prior to engagement.
COCKTAIL HOUR
~ Play soft holiday and background music beginning with the arrival of the first guests.
~ Take requests from guests.
~ Perform all necessary announcements, including introductions, door prizes and other activities.
DINNER
~ Announce serving procedures for guests.
~ Continue soft background and holiday music during dinner.
AFTER DINNER
~ Perform all necessary announcements and introduce honored guest speaker.
~ Offer the use of our wireless microphone, microphone stands, and PA system.
~ Run the sound for your presentation.
DANCING
~ First dance - theme or song of your choice.
~ Play a variety of dance music appropriate for your event (music selection to be discussed prior to event).
~ Take requests from guests.
~ Perform announcements as needed.
CLOSING
~ Give last call for alcohol when instructed.
POST EVENT
~ If requested, Jack Mitchell will provide a complimentary video of your holiday party.
